Las semillas de lino son pequeños granos que provienen de la planta del lino. Las semillas de lino tiene diversos beneficios y propiedades, entre ellos:
- Alto contenido en fibra, que es la fuente vegetal más rica en ácidos grasos Omega 3 (el Omega 3 y 6 contribuyen a mantener niveles normales de colesterol sanguíneo).
- Su cantidad de fibra es superior a cualquier otro cereal y por ello es muy aconsejable en dietas para la reducción de peso, para reducir el colesterol y prevenir el estreñimiento.
- El cobre contribuye al funcionamiento normal del sistema nervioso y al mantenimiento del tejido conectivo.
- El fósforo y el magnesio contribuyen al mantenimiento de los huesos en condiciones normales.

- Modo de empleo: Tomar 1 ó 2 cucharadas soperas de semillas de lino al día; solas ó mezcladas con cualquier alimento: zumos de frutas, yogurt, salsas, ensaladas, sopas, etc., después de haberlas dejado en maceración en agua durante 6 horas ó haberlas molido con un molinillo de café. Es importante triturar las semillas, o dejarlas en maceración, ya que de ese modo las enzimas humanas tienen un mejor acceso a los elementos beneficiosos contenidos en las mismas.

Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation, order number, or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
